Description:

The Sepsis in Leadership programme is designed to support executive teams, board members and senior leaders.

It aims to raise awareness of sepsis with non-clinical senior leaders and highlight the issues that are faced in the early identification and treatment of patients with sepsis.

It provides guidance on measurement, the role and responsibility of all staff, both clinical and non-clinical to improve outcomes and show how management and executive teams can support this agenda.

It also addresses the additional problems faced with antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and infection prevention.
