  2. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: Oral and maxillofacial surgeons are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including oral and facial injuries, infections, and deformities. They may also perform complex procedures such as jaw reconstruction, wisdom teeth removal, and corrective surgery for facial and jaw abnormalities.
  3. Orthodontics: Orthodontists specialise in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. They use appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers to correct misaligned teeth and jaws.
  4. Paediatric Dentistry: Paediatric dentists specialise in the oral health of infants, children, and adolescents. They provide preventive and therapeutic care to promote good oral health, and may also provide care for children with special needs.
  5. Periodontics: Periodontists specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of gum diseases and other conditions affecting the tissues that support and surround the teeth. They may also perform procedures such as dental implant placement, gum grafting, and crown lengthening.
  6. Prosthodontics: Prosthodontists specialise in the design, fabrication, and fitting of artificial teeth, dentures, and other dental appliances to replace missing or damaged teeth. They also provide cosmetic dentistry services, such as teeth whitening and veneers.
