Each jobseeker’s profile provides information on the individual’s experience, specialty, certifications, AHPRA registrations, availability andlocation preferences. Jobseekers are automatically alerted to jobs that match their profile.

Starting off as a recruitment agency to the healthcare and medical industry, we gained insight into the unique challenges faced by both employers and healthcare professionals in the industry – disparate jobseekers who are hard-to-reach with a multitude of hurdles to cross with experience, certificates, and registrations. Employers face a high cost of recruitment, either through agencies or even independently, in the time taken to advertise the job through sufficient avenues, sift through applications and deal with rating and shortlisting candidates. Thus, HealthcareLink was born.
